Our brief was to review all current training material and processes for the Client Services Team to ensure maximum impact and deliver a Train the Trainer Workshop for their team leaders.
It has been a pleasure supporting HCC as they transition their training. We loved delivering our TTT workshop, ensuring the management team have all the knowledge and skills needed to deliver and facilitate effective workshops in the future.
